... Anyway, how'd your homecoming go? Was the boyfriend happy to see you?

I was happy to see HIM. Everything was the same when I came back. It's like what the people on island said; when you go back to your world, it's as if no time had passed.

Yeah, same with me. Kind of a let down.

[spellcast]

Oh, well can't have everything I suppose. It's good that we recall our past experiences though. Like, remember that time when Vergil ate that candy that made him really happy in a creepy way?

*choking on pizza at the memory* Man, I really wish I had a video of that.

I wonder if I could do a flashback of that? OH! Or that time you, me, and Emiri were inside that CRAZY haunted house? None of my past Halloween's have topped that.

Yeah, that was a pretty memorable Halloween for me too.

What do you mean, do a flashback?

You know, the whole room gets fuzzy and then there's the image of the past event you are trying to retell? It's kind of annoying though.

Do you get to watch it happening or do you actually go through it again?

Exactly like that. And you kind of just watch it happen.

That sounds kind of cool. What's annoying about it?

It's because my aunts do the flashback thing. A lot.

They like reliving the past that much?

[spellcast]

If it's to prove a point to me when I'm supposedly doing something stupid, then yes!

So it's just another way to lecture you? That would suck.

And sometimes I learn things I think would be better off not knowing... Like how Aunt Hilda actually dated Sigmund Freud.

Apparently he didn't take it too well when she told him she was a witch during Friday the Thirteenth. Freud was a troubled guy through and through.

But he forgot about it the next day, right?

[spellcast]

Yeah, but it's not like Aunt Hilda was keen on dating a guy who couldn't accept the fact that she was a witch.

I guess that's true.

Did she turn him into a frog or something?
